How to pass the Armed Forces of the Philippines physical fitness test? What are the rules?

I'm applying for commission in the Nurse Corps Reserve Force AFP and scheduled for panel interview and PFT next month.

    Armed Forces of the Philippines physical fitness test:

    1. Do a push up.
    2. Hit a chicken with a rock (3 attempts max)
    3. Wave a whit flag non-stop for 30 minutes

    I know its hard for Filipinos, just remember don't aim for the chicken, aim for where the chicken is going to be.
